Outdoor Recreation
We are exactly one mile west of the Lakefront Trail. From the trail access point at Lawrence Ave., heading north will take you right along Foster Beach and to the very north termination of the trail at Ardmore Ave. Heading south will take you past all of the main east/west streets (Montrose, Irving Park, Addison, Belmont, Diversey, etc). There is a full-size ¼ mile track in between Wilson and Montrose at the lakefront.
Chase Park is ½ block south of us and has an artificial turf sports field and a new ⅕ mile track. It also has a small playground for kids.
A short walk through St. Boniface Cemetary is pleasant and calming. Cemetery bathing.
